No garment shall be returned without proper authorization from Blackwood Career Apparel + Essentials.
Any garment not accompanied with an RA# will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
Any returns authorized for reasons other than defects in manufacturing may be subject to a restocking fee.
Credit will be issued upon receipt of the garment and inspected.
Claim must be made within 7 days from receipt of garment.
Freight charges for all returns are payable by the customer/buyer.
